We are excited to present our 2025 PS19 EVCS auction with donated items & experiences from businesses in our community we love and who love us back!

Something for everyone - from local restaurant gift certificates, amazing cultural experiences, summer camps, exercise classes, sporting events and so much more.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help support our school. ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO BENEFIT PS19 EVCS!

PS19 EVCS families please see below how you can help get donations for the auction - it takes a village!

Bidding is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC so please share with family and friends who may be interested in scoring an awesome auction items and supporting our kids.

The Parent Association is hosting a Spring Gala in conjunction with our online auction.

All parents & caregivers, teachers, family and friends are invited to the biggest party of the school year!

Enjoy dim sum, signature cocktails, live music & entertainment (including the PS19 EVCS Family Band!), raffles and lots of fun to be had all while raising money to support our wonderful school!

Can PS19 EVCS families help?

  • Join one of our weekly planning meetings - they happen every Tuesday morning after drop-off at 8:30am in The PA room to learn more and get an idea of what we are working on and see how you can contribute.

    Or you can fill out our Gala Volunteer Form to let us know how you can help in preparation for the Gala & Auction or help on the day of the party!

  • Help get auction items donated - starting today! Our goal is for each family to get 1 or 2 (or even 5!) auction items donated!

    Solicit donated goods or services using our Printable Donation Forms or use our Online Donation Form to email out to businesses.

    Seek donations in categories like:

    • Beauty Services (facials/haircuts)

    • Art and Photography (sculptures, paintings, photography classes)

    • Restaurant or Retail gift certificates

    • Fashion and Accessories (handbags, jewelry, sunglasses)

    • Sports and Fitness (sporting event tickets, dance classes)

    • Professional Services (graphic design, accounting, photography sessions, or attorney services)

    • Do you have friends, family, or coworkers who can offer unique experiences as auction items? Think hospitality, vacation homes, concert tickets, backstage visits, TV/show/movie sets, or autographed items.

  • Please consider sharing our auction website with your extended family, friends and neighbors via email and social media. Post on your parent email groups or coop message boards.

    More people bidding means more support for our school!

Have a business you would like included in the auction?

    • The Parents Association of PS19 EVCS is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID# 34-2000781) and all donations are tax deductible as provided by the law

    • You will connect to your customers - around 500 families from PS19 EVCS who live, shop and eat in the East Village, L.E.S. Union Square and beyond!

    • You will gain visibility on our online auction page, shared via social media and promoted throughout our community. Bidding will be open to the general public.

    • You love your neighborhood & community and believe in a great education and want to make a difference for our kids!

    • Your business believes in giving back or paying forward ,and you can’t help it, you are simply awesome!

  • PS19 EVCS is committed to providing each of its 3k through 5th grade students with a balanced academic and social curriculum. In-classroom project work and enrichment classes are critical to achieving this mission. Sadly, public funding does not cover these programs. It falls to the Parents Association to raise the money critical to sustaining art, music, science and performance art enrichment programs and in-class projects. Your generous donation will directly support each child in our school through these important programs.

  • The easiest and most direct way to support our school is to make a one-time or monthly donation to our annual family fund. These donations are tax deductible and go directly to fund art, music, dance, chess, and STEM curriculum for our kids!
